The excellent news, especially interesting to all foreign tourists is that Albanian Alps and other natural resources all over the country are COVID free areas.

The Government presented a few prevention measures regarding tourism this year.

• Preschools and kindergartens reopened on June 1, 2020.
• All cultural events and other large public gatherings in Albania are canceled indefinitely.
• Professional sporting events have resumed, with no spectators allowed to attend.
• Malls and shops are open with strict social distancing guidelines in place.
• Hairdressers and dentists are open with strict social distancing guidelines in place.
• Restaurants and cafes are open.
• All indoor activity centers for children, gyms, sports centers, swimming pools, internet cafes, cultural centers, and entertainment centers reopened on June 1, 2020.
• Beaches are open.
• Outdoor exercise is permitted.
• Libraries and museums are open.
• Public transportation has resumed with limited service and social distancing.
• All maritime and air borders have reopened.
• Commercial flights returned to Albania on June 15, 2020.

The main and general information about travelers is that:

• 70 % of the capacity of the coach is allowed 
• All passengers must have masks and hand sanitizer
• Maintain distance (not if you are a family member)
• There is no general requirement for travelers returning to Albania to self-quarantine. 
• No 72 hours test or certificate is requested if you cross Albanian’s border.

COVID-19 POSTPONED ALL TOURS

First, we have all to acknowledge the gravity of the situation created from the COVID-19 pandemic.  Our thoughts and prayers at this moment are with those that have lost their loved ones. 

Feel Albania assure that the health and wellbeing of you – our customers, local partners, and staff is our upmost priority under the outbreak of COVID-19.

We are taking all the precautions and measures to minimize the spread of this virus following WHO recommendations and  Albanian Government measures and restrictions.

From March 8, all the country is under lockdown, and from March 17, all the borders got closed, and flights have been suspended at least until April 3.

Since the outbreak, we have been sync with our current ATA (Albanian Tourism Agency), who is in close contact with the Tourism Ministry and Government, and we will continue to adhere to the most up to date information provided and recommended by the Ministry of Health and Government.
